The SA National Editors’ Forum deplores the reported blatant act of violation of media freedom by visiting American musician R Kelly. Sanef has learnt with shock that an attempt was made to compel journalists covering the musician to sign a document that commits them to censorship and several stringent conditions in direct violation of media freedom, a right guaranteed in our Constitution.
