SANEF at Cape High Court This Morning

An interim order was granted by the Cape High Court interdicting the Portfolio Committee on Communications from going ahead with the closed meeting on the SABC today (Aug 24, 2010)
The two parties will return to court to argue at a later date.  A SANEF Statement will be issued later today.
