SANEF welcomes court ruling on Hlophe hearings

The SA National Editors’ Forum welcomes the ruling of Judge Nigel Willis in the Johannesburg High Court instructing the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) to admit the public and the media to its hearings of the complaints involving Cape Judge President John Hlophe and the Constitutional Court judges.
